HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I'm using a HP ZBook Firefly 15.6 inch G8 Mobile Workstation PC (1G3U1AV) with a HP Thunderbolt Dock 120 G2 connected to two displays. One is an ultrawide alienware 3440x1440 resolution (usb-c to HDMI) and the other is a Dell 1920x1200 resolution (DisplayPort to DVI). I have been able to use both these monitors at their maximum resolution until a few days ago. I booted Windows up one morning and the highest resolution I could use was 1920x1080 on my ultrawide monitor.

Originally I have had the Alienware connected to the thunderbolt output (usb-c to HDMI) and the Dell connected to one of the displayport outputs (displayport to DVI). This originally had no issues showing their maximum resolutions when the dock was plugged into both monitors. But now using this configuration I can only get 1080p maximum on my ultrawide.

If I switch the usb-c output to the other usb-c on the left side (contains a displayport symbol near it), I can get the full resolution back on the Alienware. But the Dell will only show a maximum resolution of 1920x1080 (not the 16:10 ratio 1920x1200) with Windows reporting the 1680x1050 being the recommended resolution.

I have tried reinstalling multiple different drivers such as the GPU, thunderbolt, and G2 dock firmware. But nothing has resolved the issue. What I don't understand is what changed from last week to this week. My only guess is there was some kind of recent update pushed through Windows that might of changed one of the drivers but I can't find anyone else online with the same issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated
