Uneven Touchpad in Brand new HP Envy X360 15-ed1003ca

HP Recommended
Envy X360 15-ed1003ca
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought HP Envy X360 yesterday and just realized that the trackpad/ touchpad is a bit sloppy to the right. Also, at some point it got stuck on the right and got free with few more clicks. After experiencing this issue, I searched online and found some similar experiences on Reddit where many people complained about this. I simply love this machine and wish to go for a replacement but I'm afraid what if the other machine has the same issue. Please advise if it's the issue with this series only?
