HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC 15-eh2000 (4V3L6AV)

Hello all,
I have just got my new HP and after installing Win 10, I have an unknown device ACPI\VEN_AMDI&DEV_0051, so I am wondering which device is it and  searching  a driver for it?

The automatic driver detection is not showing any updates needed.

Hi:

That device should be installed by the graphics driver.

I have zipped up and attached just the driver you need below, for that ID instead of giving you the whole graphics driver since there are only W11 drivers on your notebook's support page.

You will need to manually install the driver as follows:

Download and unzip the file I attached to its folder.

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to the device manager.

Click on the unknown AMDI&DEV_0051 device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:

[Standard.NTamd64]
%amdwirelessbutton.DeviceDesc%=amdwirelessbutton_Device, ACPI\AMDI0051 ;Root\amdwirelessbutton ; TODO: edit hw-id
