I have a HP Laptop 17-cn0079cl. I want to connect 2 monitors and have separate displays on each monitor. Is there a dock I can purchase that would do that?

Since your laptop has a USB‑C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode you can use HP USB‑C G5 Dock.
