Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

During Zoom meetings my image turns green. Is this a low-light issue? Sometimes if I turn on ALL the lights my image is normal. Sometimes with all the lights on the image box displays green with yellow spots originating from the light bulb location. I was told to use HP MediaSmart Webcam to fix this but this software is no longer supported. Any ideas?
