Product: Hp 15 dw2191nia
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have a problem with my laptop ' blue screen video_tdr_failure "igdkmd64.sys" '

When I uninstall the driver in device manager it works fine. But when the driver updated back from "Microsoft basic display adapter" to "Intel HD graphics" same problem hapening again.

I completely reinstall the windows and the problem still consists.

 

Laptop specs:

HP 15 dw2191nia 
i5 1035g1
mx 130 nvidia
16gb ram
256 ssd

+ i tried to clean install by uninstalling all drivers of both graphics with DDU but still no fixes
