Please check in the BIOS and let me know if you see those lines.
Shut down the Notebook and upon restarting keep tapping on F10 till you see the System Configuration Screen ( BIOS )
If you see those lines in BIOS, then it is a Hardware issue and you need to contact HP Support for Service Options
Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
