23-apr-21 se isme continue touchscreen, keyboard, touchpad, hang ki problem aa rhi thi is regarding mne hp care me apni notebook se related problem ko btaya pr vo last 15 days se jhuti promises krte h or case ko delay pr delay krte h even unhone meri 2 case I'd khud ke end se bina solution kiye close kr di (case I'd - [Private ionformation removed]and [Private ionformation removed]) or maine shop valo se contact krne ki kosis ki pr vo last 1 week se na hi landline or na ni mobile pr meri coll pick krte h
Last 15 day se hp care vale case ko khud delay krte h or jhuti promise krte h har bar
Even unke pass technician visit ki request krne pr bi 2 days tak unhone service center ko meri complaint forward bi nahi ki or technician mere pass 5 days bad aaya or technician ke bina coll kiye hi hp care vale muje mail krte h ki aap coll ka response nahi kr rhe sir/ma'am monday 8:16 pm pr muje mail mili ki aap coll ka response nahi kr rhe next day jab mne technician se is bre me bat ki to usne btaya kine aapko Monday 8:44pm ko coll ki thi or apni bat bi hui muje nai pta aapke pass mail kyu aai mne to aapko coll bi nahi ki jab coll ki tab apni baat hui thi or technician ne Tuesday ko morning me around 10am to 12 pm hp doa team se contact krta rha pr uska bi use koi response nahi mila hp doa team ne coll tak pick nahi ki or last me technician bole ki m another day visit kruga aapke pass or evening me muje mail aati h ki aapne notebook seal nahi krne diya because aapka data tha notebook me
Hp care vle jhut bolte h khud ki galti chupane ke liye mujpr blame dal diya ki aapne mna ki h seal ke liye jabki mne koi mna nahi thi technician ko doa team se response nahi mila tha to usne muje another day visit ke liye bola tha
Last 15 days se m continue hp care me 3-5 hrs daily request krta hu ki meri problem solve kr do pr unhone abhi mera notebook (laptop) seal kr diya h or doa letter de diya h uske aage koi response nahi kr rhe last 1 week se. m daily coll krta hu hp care me last 2 week se abhi to vo meri coll bi khud ke end se disconnect kr dete h kbhi conversations ke time ya phir coll forward ke during or vo jhuti promise krte h ki hmne aapki request dal di h aapko next 30 min se 1 hr me supervisor se coll back aa jyega pr kbhi coll back nahi aata muje hi har bar khud se fir se coll krna pdta h vo karib muje 100 time bol chute h ki aapko supervisor se coll back aayegi pr aaj tak muskil se 5-10 time coll aai h or usme bi koi solution nahi milta
I buy this notebook (laptop) to do work from home but due to this defective product of hp I can't able to do work from home and lost my job .
Hp care ki jhuti promises or delay ki vajhay se m work from home nahi kr paya or meri job bi chli gyi
Maine ye notebook EMI pr kharida tha taki m work from home kar saku or salay aaye tab EMI pay kr saku abhi is defective product ki vajhay se meri job bi chli gyi

Taki m new job find kr saku jab tak ye solutions nahi hoga tab tak m na hi work from home kr skta hu or na hi another job ke liye apply kr skta hu because in this pendamic situation everyone work from home by their
system ( laptop)
