Product: HP ProBook 635 Aero G8 Notebook PC (276K4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I want to highlight that these cases were registered on 17th August, 2024 which included 4 parts:
1. Display
2. Touchpad
3. Keyboard
4. Fan
After 20 long days of waiting and continuous follow up, including wasting my weekends and not going to office, because the technician arranged a home visit and no show later, when finally today on 5th September, 2024 they came to replace the warranty parts, they told that the case is closed and not the single parts were replaced.
It's a huge disappointment and harassment I have faced by HP or the relevant person responsible for this.
My warranty is expiring by 21st September, 2024 and I hope this problem or technical issue that is delaying the process will not lapse my parts under warranty , if this case takes longer than 21st September.
