Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598V2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptops HDMI display port sudden stopped working. The display is dead on the secondary display monitor.

The secondary display is a new 24" Dell monitor.  

I have already done some troubleshooting steps such as.

1. Swopped HDMi cables, same results.

2. Test secondary monitor on another computer, working fine, Dell Laptop.

3. Test laptop on another monitor, same issue, 42" TV. No display on TV via HDMI.

4. Uninstall drivers and reinstall drivers. Done, same results.

5. Changed resolutions, same problem.

6. Unplug HDMI and plug back in, same issue.

7. Run HP diagnostics. Video IO error.

8. Test the secondary monitor with USB-C cable work. 

9. Revert back to HDMI, secondary monitor shows no display from laptop.

The laptop is about 2 months old, can this happen to an HP laptop?
