HP Elitebook 840 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings,

We are running Avaya WFO Quality Monitoring (OEM Verint product)  playback of recorded audio and screens on HP Elitebook 840 G6 laptops.  When moving the pointer on the wav form to the end of the recording, the synchronized screen capture lags and can take anyone from 5 - 40 seconds for the screen to catch up.  Moving the pointer back and forth results in the lagging issue. Now, if I switch to an HP Desktop (HPZ230 SFF Workstation) the problem is not present.  There isn't an option for hardware acceleration.  Both the Laptops and Desktops have the same Windows 10 image but have different video cards/drivers.  Any ideas or suggestions as to why this would work on a Desktop and not on a laptop.  We have tested this on 4 different laptops and 3 different desktops with the same results.

Best Regards,

Jeff
