Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My screen keeps flickering. Is it a software or hardware problem? If hardware, can it be replaced and estimated cost? Thanks.

Hi,

Well, you need to tell us what notebook you have. Here is how to find the model number

If you enter BIOS as boot does it also flicker when only BIOS is loaded?

If you attach to an external monitor\TV does the image flicker?
