Why is the website telling my i have expired warranty? its should be a year long , correct? This expired before i even bought this computer.
im trying to get help and we have to pay to talk to customer service? My computer broke, and im just trying to get help but its telling me i expired in november 24, but i just bought this laptop Jan 25, 25 ?

I notified a moderator of the warranty problem.
If you did not register your product with HP when you bought it then the warranty you are seeing is based on date of manufacture, not date of purchase. You can update the warranty status by contacting HP and providing a proof of purchase.
If you purchased a used or refurbished system you need to check with the vendor (which could be HP).
