WHITE SCREEN

HP Spectre 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The screen of my HP Spectre 360 which i bought last year and the manufactured warranty expired in this past June has started misbehaving. I noticed some white line, spots and patches on the screen last night whilst watching a movie and doing some school work. In about 30 minutes all the screen turned white and i could barely read or see the movie. I restarted the laptop several times, run update checker to see if it is missing any updates but i keep seeing, it is update. I have tried to call hp for assistance but to no avail. Th

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

 

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue( we don't see any troulbstooting steps is missing ). This sounds like hardware related issue, your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

 

Is that anything that you like to help me with software related issue we glade to share the troubleshooting steps?
