HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC (9WQ76AV)

We need to submit a warranty dispute for our laptop, but the 'dispute this' link to process the dispute is not working. It continually says that the support site is down and sorry for the inconvenience. We purchased the computer in November 2023, but the warranty linked to the computer is not from time of purchase and instead time of the computer being made. We have proof of purchase and would like to have the computer repaired as it stopped turning on shortly after purchase.

Sorry, but you should have contacted HP Support to register your PC to reset the warranty start date -- and if it has already expired, there may be nothing now you can do to reset it.

We are unable to assist you with a warranty dispiute.

For direct contact with HP, your best bet is to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:

Here's the link for the HP Warranty Dispute:

I just tried this link and the page opens.
