Upon logging into my hp laptop I noticed crack under the screen of my touch screen. First of all, this was no accident and second I did not put this crack under the screen. I take very good care of all my devices and this just sent my pressure up after reading reviews similar to mines. I am a learning Coach and also work from home. This needs a better explanation and further investigation needs to be done annually on complaints revolving around these same issues. Customers pay good money and support your company for your customer service to just blow us off and say it's not covered and then add extra fees for an issue that was not an human error. More like a defect. Poor strategic planning and horrible work ethics in customer service. HP will lure you in to continue to purchase their products with lack of help in solving warranty issues. Ask these questions before purchasing! I've supported HP for 18 years and this is unacceptable.
