What do i do?

Product Name: Hp-15-f387wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When i turn on my laptop my screen just goes black

I understand that the Notebook is not booting up and you are getting a Black Screen.

 

I'd like to help.

 

Do you have power to the Notebook? Is the Power Button lit up?

 

I suggest you try a Power Drain if the Notebook has a Removable Battery.

 

- Shut down the Notebook > Unplug the Battery and Ac Adapter > Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds> Plug back the Battery and Ac Adapter

 

Upon restarting keep tapping the F10 Key and let me know if you see the System Configuration Screen ( Bios ).

If you do not have the Recovery Media, please contact our Phone Support to order one. Once you have the Recovery Media you can Reset the Notebook to Factory Settings.

 

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect 
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.
