Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to buy 32" 144hz monitor but I do not know what is my HDMI version.

Does this pc support 144hz?

It has HDMI v2.0 supporting: up to 4096 × 2160 @ 60Hz. You can use 120Hz but resolution will go down.
