@rewaser The display frequency also known as the refresh rate, seems to be at 144hz, that said, if you need information on making changes to it: click here

144Hz this is not true.  I bought a laptop, there is a frequency of 60Hz2019-10-15 17-34-19.JPG

I suggest you update the graphics card, Chipset and BIOS driver and then check if all options appear on the screen.
