I have a HP Envy 13 2021, Whenever I'm watching a video, my screen glitches on its own. Is there any issue with my PC?

Nearly everyone who watches videos on laptops or phones these days streams the video from some streaming service -- and since over the air transfer is unreliable at best, such artifacts are common.

 

If you have saved the video locally and are getting these issues, then copy the video to a desktop and see if the same thing happens there.
