Product: HP EliteBook 8460p Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

almost every time when i start my laptop on charger/battery both, the brightness go very low

Disadvantages

  • I cannot run windows cause low brightness cause the screen black when windows start

What i tried before

  • I tried to full the brightness on startup (hp logo) By using Function keys
  • it works well now

What happened now?

  • I lost my Function key so i am unable to full the brightness
  • cannot run windows cause low brightness
