Product: HP Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just bought computer one month ago. It has worked before, but suddenly it doesn't. Maybe something to do with HDMI port, as I have tried to connect my TV via HDMI??

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have tried with the different HDMI cable?
  • Does it happen while playing other videos? (such as Youtube)

  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
