Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew1000 (794C0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Every time I boot my laptop, a small window appears in the lower right corner of the screen requiring me to download /HPDC_Service_4.9.27.0.exe. When I click on the link, I am delivered to a page that says in very small type in the upper left corner "not here". 

Three questions

1. Why do I need this download?

2. If I do, where can I find it?

3. If not, how can I turn off this small window in the lower right corner?

Hi @RedVolvo1991 

 

That is the Display Control driver, I don't understand why it is needed in the device but it is among the drivers that your device needs
