My HP machines has developed a white spot on the screen and though it was reported atleast a month back, there has been no effort made what so ever to physically evaluate the cause of the issue (except that few photos were shared) and the only reply I get from the you team is asking if I was willing to pay for the replacement. My machine is still under warrantly and I bet there has been no external damage caused to it. If it has happened on its own, then its definitely problem with the screen and I am entitled for a free replacement. Please let me know if there is any course of action in this process.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
