Product: EHP ENVY Laptop 17-bw0xxxxample: Pavilion 65XX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a new laptop and I find the screen has a black border around it whereas I expected it to extend up to the edge. Please advise.

Hi,

This is what the laptop looks like (must have looked like this when you were buying it)

As to why, that is the way it is made. The actual screen will be 17"
