Page 2 of the manual says it has
USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port (supports data transfer)
That means you can't use an USB-C hub to connect to a TV (99.9% modern TV's only have HDMI ports) in theory you can connect DIRECTLY USB-C port on your machine to connect to an USB-C monitor and you will get DisplayPort™ 1.4 result.
