In process w/New Win10 configuring, a blue HP pop-up panel , "Welcome to Your New HP", you're all set , Done" , is popping up every few minutes. Yes, I 've 'X' it away several times a hour. I have no idea where to go here to turn it "OFF". : (

Hi,
From the Start Menu, select Settings, then System and then select Apps and features in the left hand pane ( if you're running the Creators edition, just select Settings then Apps ).
When the list has populated, locate HP Welcome and left click it - you should now see the option to Uninstall.
If the above doesn’t work, open windows Control Panel and in the top right, next to View by: select 'Large Icons'. From the new layout, select Programs and Features and let the list populate.
If the HP Welcome program is listed here, right click the entry and select Uninstall.
