Windows 10 Pro Colour Management setting for photos

HP Recommended
HP 255 G7 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently took some photos at a wedding using a Nikon camera.

Uploaded the images to the notepad in JPG.

When viewing the images on the notepad they were disappointing with colours and image clarity.

Yet viewing the same images on a iPad the colours were more real and clarity improved.

Asked the question on a photography forum and was suggested to check the Colour Management in Wondows.

What would be the correct settings for viewing JPG images on the notepad to be compatible to the iPad.

I always use default color pallet and happy with images from my Nikon Cameras (D90 & D500) . You can try on error to get a right combination for you.
