HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D118AV)

Hi, I'm having trouble with my HP 15s-fq2000 laptop. Windows 11 22H2.

The laptop turns on just fine but the display brightness is below the minimum range and the display almost seems black.

As you can see the internal display is working.

I can slightly see the desktop and all of it's apps from outside and the mouse also work.

I've tried several times the HP Support Assistant to diagnose the hardware but it was not available. I can't hard reset because hard reset through power button on a notebook with non-removeable battery is not available on my notebook.

I also downloaded HP Hardware Diagnosis app from HP Support website and used it to diagnose the PC and the other scans passed but the battery scan got cancelled in between the scans.

The HP Support Assistant's battery scan also showed 0mA of current that might not be normal.

I've also seen a n error message a few weeks ago before the display gone black. I don't know if it has anything to do with it I also don't remember it quite well there can be a mistake but here is the message anyway:

IRQL_LESS THAN OR NOT EQUAL

So, if anyone knows something about it please let me know.

I see that you are facing issues and appreciate your efforts and trying troubleshooting already.
