HP Pavilion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was using the computer then it turned off completely and now it won’t turn on. I tried plugging it in and changing different outlets also holding the power button for 10+ seconds but it won’t turn on.

Hi @SolaDon

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand the Notebook is not powering ON. I'd be happy to assist you.

Have you tried charging using a different good known compatible AC adapter?

Perform steps 1 and 2 from this document.

Try to power ON on the PC.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

HP Pavilion x360 bricked. Power switch was broken, replaced it, it came on once and just quit.

tried a second switch nothing. Power light is on,

switch blinks blue light once after few seconds.

After few days, disconnected the battery and drained power, plugged back in with battery disconnected. Still no luck.

I have multiple power adapters, so I know it’s not a power adapter issue
