So its the experience i have had with HP laptop for long time from 2017, It had been good.
In the year 2020, my company gave me a newly bought unit of HP laptop. And when you buy a new unit, you expect it to run smoothly for at least a year or two. The whole panel made noises, the fan was totaled and i had major motherboard issues with that unit.
Skipping to 2 weeks back, i bought my current laptop, HP Victus. And i am facing flickering issues on screen intermittently. Meanwhile i am asking for support from HP from past 5-6 days they abruptly close my ticket in the waiting period. The people working in HP support, are they having some kind of targets to close customer tickets as soon as possible, even though the issue has not been resolved? I am completely fed up with this.
Been a loyal customer and user for HP products, I am completely shook at how the hp support deteriorated in these years.
And having problem in newly bought units, what kind of image are you trying to create?
I am roaming around helpless raising cases and tickets to support. Why would i even bother myself relying on buying anything from HP now. Because it has happened twice with me now, that a new laptop unit that i got it came with some faults pre-handedly.
