Hi @Saurian,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your built-in camera is displaying a yellow tint or hue, it can be due to several issues ranging from software settings to hardware malfunctions. Here's a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
**1. Check Camera Settings
- Open Camera App:
- Go to Start > Camera or search for "Camera" in the Windows search bar and open the Camera app.
- Adjust Settings:
- Look for settings related to color or filters. Some camera apps have options that could accidentally apply color tints.
- Reset the settings to default if available.
**2. Update or Reinstall Camera Drivers
Update Drivers:
- Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.
- Expand Imaging Devices or Cameras, right-click your camera device, and select Update driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
Reinstall Drivers:
- In Device Manager, right-click your camera device and select Uninstall device.
- Restart your laptop. Windows should automatically reinstall the camera drivers.
**3. Check for Windows Updates
- Update Windows:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Click Check for updates and install any available updates.
**4. Test the Camera with Different Apps
- Test in Other Apps:
- Use different applications that access the camera, such as video conferencing apps (Zoom, Skype) or other camera apps, to see if the issue persists across different programs.
**5. Check Camera Hardware
- Inspect Camera Lens:
- Ensure the camera lens is clean. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the lens.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi Rachel571,
I also have exactly the same issue with my camera on my HP ZBook Power 15.6 inch G10.
I've tried all your suggestions but nothing works.
The yellowness does go away after some time. It's like it needs to 'warm up'.
Kind regards,
Dave Jonker
