HP Pavilion x360 - 15-cr0095nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While looking for some solution for my popped convertible touch screen I discovered this seems to be a very common, very non-disclosed issue with this model.

My story is the same as everyone else

Put in tablet mode and upon switching out, BOOM popped screen that cracked upon popping

I wish this issue had popped up when i did the research before buying it.

since support is oh so hard to get a hold of once your warranty expires (how convenient) I am making this post hoping to get their attention

I really don't want to buy another laptop and complain very openly and loudly about this all over the internet.

This is a very obvious manufacture fault.

Hp needs to come clean about this.

Hi @blackwizardbuys

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
