Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since my last post everything worked 100%. Today the same happened!!! The Laptop screen froze with vertical lines then turnes gery and black, Laptop Froze. I performed a force shutdown and removed my dock. When I turn on the laptop the screen flickers before logging into windows and there are round black edges in the corners.

I connected the dock and once again turned off the laptop display and now working on my external monitors. all is working fine.

Can it be a hardware problem with the laptop screen itself or is this software related? I am a bit frustrated as this is a new laptop which I purchased in February 2020.

Please read my previous posts and respond since no one has even responded on my previous two post dated Feb 2020? I thought this is a community?

Thanks in advance.
