Hi there,

I think a picture will best describe the issue, so please see below. We have this appearing on multiple devices of the same model (with some variation as to processor and base memory -- some have Xeons while others have i7, some 16 GB base memory while others have 32 GB). We use Thunderbolt 3 G2 dock with each device.

We have tried a variety of solutions - BIOS updates to the latest available, latest NVIDIA video drivers, etc, but we have not found  a fix for this issue. Some users have simply resorted to closing the laptop screen as everyone has dual monitors on their desk, but some prefer to use the laptop screen in addition to the two.

The issue is somewhat intermittent. Sometimes a restart will make it go away for a while, until it comes back again after a few hours.

I am hoping someone else had already dealt with this problem  and have found a solution.

Regards,

Benny
