only two horizontal lines arise on screen.

Please check in BIOS and let me know if you face the same issue

 

Shut down the Notebook and upon restarting keep tapping on F10 till you see System Configuration Screen ( BIOS )

If you see those lines in BIOS, then it is a Hardware issue. Please contact HP Support for Service Options
