thanks for replying ,

i have read the email and i am following the instructions .

my laptop is HP spectre x2 -12-a009nr .

please note , the laptop battery is fine , i dont have any problem with the battery cappacity , i did the battery test before posting this Post, the problem i have is that if i charge the laptop to a 100% and shut it down next day it drains to a 0% , i cant even power up without charger (i have disabled fast boot option ).

and for the drivers i have already downloaded all the drivers and installed succsusfuly execpt for the bios , my bios version is 2.4, and the downloaded version avaliable on hp website is 3.1 , i have download the driver several times and couldnt install it , the upgrade box is unaccesable , the other 2 options are avaliable , tried to install bios from usb via bootup , but failed , said that the file was not compataible , for the remaining of your replay , i have the the last option to try , but i doubt that if i leave the laptop to a 15% , it wont start after 30 minutes( i can plug the battery after 30 minutes of waiting ).

and can i download any bios version rather than 3.1.

thanks for your replay.
