HP Pavilion - 14-ce3501na

Hi all.

I have a HP Pavilion - 14-ce3501na one day when I wanted to use my laptop I turn it on and I have nothing but a black screen on display. Everything else is working on the laptop (power, batterie, keyboard, etc). Plus when I connect my laptop to an external machine (such as TV, overhead projector) through HDMI cable it works normally.

I have trying to fix it updating the drivers, making a hard reset but it does not work so far.

PLEASE HELP MEE!!!!!!!

There is nothing we her can do for you about this -- as since the display with the external monitor is working, that confirms that the video chip in the laptop is still working.  This means the screen has failed and your only option is to pay a LOT to get that replaced.

We are not able, or permitted, to provide any repair estimates or equipment prices.

But since this PC is out of warranty, HP will not fix it.

Thus, you will have to find a local laptop repair shop that will do the repairs.
