Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I can no longer use the touchpad or a mouse because the screen goes black as soon as I move it. However, I can still use the touch screen without any problem. This problem occurred a few weeks (months?) after I upgraded to Windows 11.

The problem is solved as soon as I update the screen driver, but after a few days, probably when there's a Windows 11 update, the mouse becomes unusable again.

-> I've already tried resetting my PC completely, updating all the drivers and windows 11... the bug reappears after a few days or 1 week. And it's now impossible to go back to a version of windows 10 with which I hadn't had this problem for 2 years.

Do you have any idea how to DEFINITELY fix this bug?

Thank you in advance for your support.

Does anyone have any ideas?

This is a complex situation and I can't seem to resolve it despite several attempts....

I'd be happy to run further tests if you have any idea ;-)))
