When my notebook is turned on, the screen is black, but when I connect an external monitor, I can see that it works

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that you are having issues with the black screen.

 

This looks like the display has gone bad on your unit as it works fine with the external monitor.

 

However, If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, I recommend you contact phone support for service options.
