Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I just bought my laptop so its empty but everytime i open it it always take a long laps of time from the lock screen to the main screen, the screen becomes black just after i enter my password and it takes at least 4 minutes before it come to my main screen (windows)?

is it normal? is there a way to manage that waiting laps time?

Hi:

 

There was a windows update last week that messed things up big-time.

 

Here's what you need to do to fix it...

 

  1. Boot the PC
  2. Wait 15-20 minutes for the boot process to complete and for the desktop to load
  3. Once on desktop, Download and install HP Image Enhancement for System Logon - http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81501-82000/sp81965.exe
  4. Re-boot
