Product: hp envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

just bought hp envy (product ID 19S94AV). It does not allow me to share my screen when using zoom. The screen for the participants is black.  I have my zoom account logged into my personal computer and have used other's PCs to login into my zoom and it works fine on those other computers. Not sure what to do here. Very frustrating! Cannot find any help online
