HP TouchSmart 520 PC

Hello, i'm french sorry is some words are not comprehensible.

I own an HP TouchSmart 520 PC, but since yesterday, no more display, the screen remains black, it does not even display the bios anymore it is a hardware failure and I strongly suspect the backlight and the converter "Pegatron APP80-nk" which are screwed just above the DVD player (yes I have already opened the pc a few times). the problem also is that I don't know if it is necessarily the Converter the problem and given that I live in France, to order this converter I have to pay 30 € of delivery so I would like to be sure of my purchase because I really urgently need this computer to work remotely.
