blank screen

2nd time asking because this one guy wouldn't respond after i replied.
Hello, my pc had a power jack issue so i replaced it. After that my computer would turn on but the screen would not.
I tried power reset, hard reset, bios reset, external monitor/tv. Almost everything i could think of. I even cleaned the insides of my pc. I cant access the memory due to a stripped nail. 

Please help me

Im never getting a hp computer ever again. Next computer i get will be not hp. You products are truly terrible.

Have you done all of the below steps?

• checked if it works fine on an alternate/external monitor.
  • If it works fine on an alternate screen, please Perform a hard reset, Attempt a BIOS recovery  and then, Run the System Diagnostics tests.

• If yes, we may be looking at a hardware issue and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Found out the motherboard broke.
