Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi would u plz help me ?? i upgraded to windows 11 and then i started getting bleu screen so often i reset my notebook and yet i keep getting the same error message ( VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE) every time i update my RTX drive from Gforce Experience  i get that error and if i install the driver from HP support Assistance it says i got the old version of driver !!!
please help me and thank you !!

Hi, @nazgoul I observed that our community members who upgrade to Windows 11 usually experience hardware issues and most time software and driver problems. It is suggested that we remain patient before upgrading to Windows 11 at least until they have sorted things out.

 

See if you can roll back to Windows 10 which may possibly fix the error.
