please help me to download the bluetooth and its driver

Hi:

 

Not all HP 8460p's came with built in bluetooth.

 

Look in the BIOS and see if there is a bluetooth device present and enabled.

 

If there is,lLook in the device manager to see if there is a Bluetooth device manager category.

 

If the BIOS shows a Bluetooth device, but the device manager doesn't, let me know and I will give you a way to turn on the bluetooth.

 

It was turned off during the upgrade to W10 via the HP connection manager software which does not work on W10.
