broken hinge on envy x360 product 7F5R0UA

The hinge on my laptop broke after opening it on a desk as I normally would, and I haven't used this laptop outside its intended uses. The hinge just broke and popped out of its place when I opened the screen and it popped back into place when I tried closing it, but it cannot easily close or open anymore. From what I have read on this support forum this is a known issue with x360 laptops, and I would like to get it fixed in a timely manner.
