Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

help me please my screen have kind of problem lots of bubbles come to deform my videos text or anyrhing I try to male in my notebook 

i have this problem more then 6 months because lockdown I was thinking this could be a malware. but Total AV my anti  virus 

Please help me

  • Did you make any changes on the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • Could you please share the picture of the bubble screen?
