camera dont work on chrome for facebook video call

everytimes i try to make a facebook video call they said to connect my cmera but i  used to do it before but the cmera in the laptop wrk perfectly.can you tell me what happen and what can i do plz?

I understand that you are unable to use the camera on your computer while using Chrome. 

Don't worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your computer?

May I know the product number of your computer? Click here

 

Please check the permissions of the website you are using. 

Towards the left of the address bar in Chrome, there will an 'i' with a circle. 

Please click on it and allow the website to use the camera. 

Also, try a different browser or application to make sure the camera is working fine. 

Run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers are updated.
