Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I am trying to take a picture with my webcam, but I can't figure out how to turn it on. In device manager it says I have webcam 

101 and the device is working properly. I just can't find out how to turn it on

I have gone through your post and would like to help

 

Search for the Camera Software in Search. If you do not have the Webcam Software, you can download any Camera App of your choice as well ( Ex. YouCam, MyCam )
